Background
Silverlining Research, in partnership with KPI Aviation Marketing Solutions, is conducting passenger insights research at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX).
Ranked in the top 50 busiest airports in the world, PHX is one of the busiest airports in the world, serving as a hub for American Airlines and a base for Southwest Airlines.
Method
Silverlining, together with KPI Aviation Marketing Solutions, is responsible for collecting, analysing and reporting essential passenger and commercial insights.
The project involves more than 40,000 interviews collected by our local fieldwork team on site.
Results
The results are reported monthly and ensure that PHX continuously has the latest and most up-to-date business insights to manage and optimise the passenger customer journey, their commercial performance including retail, F&B, parking and route development.
