These include, for example, measurement and understanding of platforms, planning and creation of content and communication, content and communication tests before launch, as well as measuring the effect of campaigns on the customer's brand. We carry out tailor-made measurements but often consider the possibility of benchmarking relevant KPIs against previous studies or other brands. Silverlining and Kvistgaard+HIRD act as strategic partners for Naturkraft concerning analysis, insights and product development.
The work is based on the research-based development tool eXDB © (eXperience Design Blueprint) and in-depth knowledge of Naturkraft’s future guests gathered in a number of personas.
In collaboration with Kvistgaard + HIRD and Firstmove, Silverlining has, at the end of 2020 prepared an analysis of sustainability under covid-19 in Denmark and Germany for the Danish Coast and Nature Tourism.
