Insightful Revelations: Passenger Trends at Budapest Airport

Continuous collection, analysis and reporting of passenger data and commercial insights to optimize performance.

Background

From July 2021, Silverlining Research in collaboration with KPI Aviation Marketing Solutions has the contract to collect passenger insights at Budapest Airport (BUD).

Method

Our responsibilities include collecting a range of data that can be turned into market insights and assisting the BUD management team with decision-making in passenger experience, commercial development and business development.

The project involves more than 60,000 annual interviews collected by our local on-site team of employees.

Results

The results are reported quarterly in our online reporting tool, allowing the relevant project teams to assess relevant insights and developments since previous periods as well as drill down into specific areas and target groups of interest. The contract period will last at least until summer 2024.
