Insightful Evaluation Enhances Abu Dhabi Shopping Seasons

Gaining insights into the success of marketing efforts, shopper satisfaction and shopping behavior in Abu Dhabi

Background

Over the past couple of years in Abu Dhabi, there has been both an annual Winter Shopping Season and a Summer Shopping Season. These seasons, held in various malls, feature exclusive offerings and live entertainment.

Silverlining Research and Omnibus Marketing Research have completed evaluations for several shopping seasons in Abu Dhabi with the aim of gaining deeper insights into the success of marketing efforts, shopper satisfaction, and shopping behavior among the participants.

Method

Silverlining and Omnibus have evaluated these shopping seasons by examining various aspects, focusing on participants’ experiences and collecting data on-site at the malls. Typically, there have been around 1,000 respondents in these evaluations.

Results

The research results have provided valuable insights into shoppers’ awareness, satisfaction, and behavior during the shopping seasons.

These findings, along with the conclusions drawn from the reports, have contributed to further work and development of the shopping seasons. The aim is to increase awareness, meet shoppers’ demands, and create a great experience for all participants.
