Passenger Insights for Abu Dhabi Airport

Continuous collection, processing and reporting of passenger and commercial activity data to improve performance.

Background

Silverlining Research has in cooperation with KPI Aviation Marketing Solutions and Omnibus the contract for collecting passenger insights at Abu Dhabi Airport.

Abu Dhabi Airport is constantly growing and transforming, standing out as an innovator in the region, especially given the Midfield opening. Therefore, it needs partners with both a flexible operational approach and the strategic know-how to consistently deliver insights using the best and latest methods and technology.

Method

The project involves more than 30,000 interviews on an annual basis collected by our local aviation fieldwork team on the ground, as well as observations conducted at all relevant touch-points in the airport.

Results

The results are reported monthly and ensure Abu Dhabi Airport continuously has the latest and most updated business intelligence to manage and optimize the passenger journey, to ensure its passengers get the best possible experience.
