Groundhandling Survey for Billund Airport

Gaining insight into airlines’ satisfaction with groundhandling services at Billund Airport (BLL).

Background

Billund Airport aims to gain insights into the satisfaction of aviation companies with various ground handling services, ranging from check-in and passport control to baggage handling and refueling.

Silverlining Research conducted the initial survey in 2019, which serves as a baseline for subsequent surveys in 2022 and 2023.

Method

Silverlining Research conducts in-depth interviews with airlines operating in BLL. The interviews are conducted over the phone.

Impact

Through ongoing surveys it has been possible to gather valuable insights that can assist BLL Groundhandling in further enhancing its services and help BLL identify and prioritize future actions and challenges.
